Yes. There's no obligation to buy anything, no hidden fees and no pressure. You see the concept, you decide, and if it's a no then that's the end of it. The design itself stays ours until a project is paid for, which is simply how we're able to offer it free in the first place.

Not as it stands. The concept is free to view and discuss, but the design work itself remains CAPVANE's copyright until it's paid for. If you like it and want to own it, the £500 build covers everything and the design, copy and code become yours outright to use however you want, including with another developer.

It stays with us. CAPVANE holds the copyright in the original elements of any concept we produce, including the layout, structure, code and written copy, until the project is paid for in full. Any logos or photographs you supply remain yours throughout. If you decide not to proceed, the concept simply comes down and neither of us owes the other anything.
