Our story
CAPVANE started in a bedroom in the South of England, after one too many conversations with local business owners who'd been quoted £3,000 for a website that would take three months and never quite get finished.
We'd worked at big agencies. We knew where the money went, accounts managers, project managers, sales people, meeting rooms. Very little of it went into the actual site the client walked away with.
So we did the opposite. A small studio. A fair fixed price. A monthly plan that covers everything and can be cancelled any time. And a rule that whoever picks up the phone is the same person who builds your site.
Since then we've built sites for joiners, cafés, physios, solicitors and family-run pubs across the UK. The businesses look nothing alike, but the story's the same, a good business finally has a website that matches the quality of their work.
That's what we're here for. Proper websites, fairly priced, for the businesses that keep our towns worth living in.
