How it fits the £500 + £50/month model
The £50 covers everything after launch.
The £500 build fee ends when the site goes live. From that point the £50/month keeps the whole thing ticking, servers, security, backups, small changes and answering the phone when you need us.
No ticketing system, no "we'll get back to you next week", no per-hour invoicing that punishes you for asking questions. Text or email the same person who built your site and it's usually sorted by end of day.

Answered plainly.
Copy edits, image swaps, price updates, adding a new team member, a new blog post, a fresh service page, anything under about an hour of work. In practice most weeks we do more, not less.
Full redesigns, custom integrations, e-commerce builds and anything that would take more than a couple of hours. We'll quote those separately at a fair fixed price before starting.
Most edits land the same day. Anything sent by Thursday is live by Friday. Urgent things, a wrong phone number, a broken link, we drop everything for.
Yes. 30 days' notice, no fee, no interrogation. You keep the site and the domain; we hand over the files if you want to host it elsewhere.
