Affiliate programme terms.

To participate in the Affiliate Programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account and payment information
• Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in misleading, fraudulent or unethical marketing practices

CAPVANE reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents or representatives of CAPVANE. Participation in the Affiliate Programme does not create any employment, partnership or joint venture relationship.

Referrals are tracked through Tolt using affiliate tracking links and cookies.

A commission will only be credited when:

• A customer uses the affiliate's valid tracking link
• The purchase is successfully completed and paid in full
• The transaction is not refunded, disputed or identified as fraudulent

Tracking accuracy depends on browser cookies, device settings, ad blockers and other technical factors outside CAPVANE's control.

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the value of each qualifying sale generated through their referral link. This applies to the initial £500 build fee and to the recurring £50/month maintenance plan for the lifetime of the referred customer's active subscription, subject to these Terms.

CAPVANE reserves the right to:

• Modify commission percentages
• Change commission structures
• Introduce promotional campaigns or limited-time incentives
• Exclude specific products or services from commission eligibility

Any updates become effective upon posting or notification through Tolt or email.

Commissions are only considered approved after:

• The customer payment has been successfully processed
• Any applicable refund or dispute period has passed
• The transaction is verified as legitimate

Payments are issued through Tolt or the designated payout provider once commissions have been approved in accordance with these Terms.

CAPVANE reserves the right to determine:

• Payout schedules
• Minimum payout thresholds
• Holding periods for verification purposes
• Additional identity or tax verification requirements where legally necessary

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information.

If a referred purchase is refunded, cancelled, charged back, disputed or determined to be fraudulent, the associated commission may be:

• Reversed
• Withheld
• Deducted from future payouts

CAPVANE reserves the right to delay payouts while transactions are under review.

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent CAPVANE, its services, pricing or guarantees
• Impersonate CAPVANE employees or representatives
• Use misleading claims or deceptive advertising
• Engage in spam, unsolicited promotions or illegal marketing methods
• Bid on CAPVANE branded keywords in paid advertising without written permission
• Use fake referrals, self-referrals, fraudulent purchases or commission abuse
• Create websites or social accounts pretending to officially represent CAPVANE
• Use copyrighted or trademarked materials without authorisation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Affiliates may use approved CAPVANE logos, branding assets and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting CAPVANE services.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify logos in a misleading manner
• Present themselves as official representatives of CAPVANE
• Use branding in any unlawful, defamatory or harmful context

CAPVANE reserves the right to request removal of any promotional material at any time.

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with commissions earned through the Affiliate Programme.

CAPVANE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the programme
• Conduct that may harm CAPVANE's reputation or business interests

Upon termination:

• Unpaid commissions associated with violations may be forfeited
• Affiliate links may be disabled immediately

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAPVANE shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Tracking interruptions or technical failures
• Delayed or missing commission payments caused by third-party systems

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate during the previous three months.

CAPVANE may update or modify these Affiliate Programme Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Programme after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
